This role oversees HR, finance, scheduling, vendor and facilities management, compliance, and patient experience while serving as a trusted partner to the Owner‑Physician. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of professional experience (including at least five in healthcare operations), strong HR and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the leadership presence to build trust across a small, high‑performing team. Responsibilities include staff development, payroll and benefits oversight, bookkeeping coordination, vendor and IT management, licensure tracking, community partnerships, and ensuring smooth clinical and administrative workflows. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, emotionally intelligent and adaptable. A bachelor's degree is required and clinical experience is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
