We are looking for an Office Manager who is ready to help us make Selma a better place, one smile at a time! The Role As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the practice — leading our team, partnering with our doctors, and helping create an environment where both patients and team members thrive. You are a natural leader who loves people, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to balance a fun, positive culture with strong business results. You will help drive practice success by creating accountability, supporting your team, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience. What You'll Do Partner with the doctor and leadership team to achieve practice goals and continued growth Lead daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and positively Support and motivate team members while creating a culture of teamwork, trust, and excellence Monitor schedules, productivity, and opportunities to improve the patient experience Oversee administrative responsibilities including performance reporting, deposits, revenue posting, payroll, accounts receivable, and invoice processing Maintain a strong patient-first mindset and ensure every interaction reflects our values Manage supplies and office needs in partnership with the ordering team Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop amazing team members Identify opportunities for growth and help the practice reach its goals What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental office management experience Proven ability to lead a team and drive practice performance Experience achieving production and growth goals Strong knowledge of dental terminology, ADA codes, insurance benefits, and claims processing Open Dental experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong follow-through Someone who can inspire a team while keeping the practice moving forward Why Johnston Smiles?
