Maintain knowledge of healthcare management practices including managed care policies, utilization management processes, and health regulation policies to ensure ongoing compliance. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a medical or dental office setting with demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a healthcare environment. Extensive medical office experience with familiarity in electronic health records, patient management software, and billing systems. Strong understanding of healthcare regulation policies. Experience managing medical administrative support functions such as appointment scheduling, patient records management, and insurance verification. Knowledge of office management principles within clinical settings including budgeting, staffing coordination, human resources practices, and workflow optimization. Background in acute care or hospital environments is advantageous; veterinary or dental clinic experience is also valued for versatile expertise. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with customer service excellence to foster positive patient interactions while maintaining operational standards.
