Job Description

Job Overview Join our team and help patients smile with confidence - inside and out of the chair. Are you organized, personable, and passionate about patient care? We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to be the friendly bridge between our clinical team and the patients we serve. Duties Present treatment plans to patients in clear, easy to understand terms. Coordinate scheduling for multi-step or complex treatment cases Discuss financing options and insurance coverage with patients Follow up on pending treatment to keep care plans moving forward Work closely with the dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Qualifications Proven experience in dental office settings or healthcare clinics with knowledge of dental terminology and medical billing processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex treatment plans clearly to diverse patient populations; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and health information management software Prior experience with insurance verification, medical collection processes, and documentation review is advantageous Office management experience including front desk duties, appointment scheduling, filing systems, and medical administrative support Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of documentation review and data entry A warm, professional demenor that puts patients at ease Join us in delivering exceptional patient care through effective communication and meticulous administrative support!
