The Opportunity We are a growing, modern dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations and help keep the practice running smoothly each day. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and experienced in managing both people and processes within a dental setting. As Dental Office Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, support the administrative team, and help create a positive experience for both patients and staff. You'll play an important role in maintaining an efficient, professional, and well-coordinated office environment. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and office communication Lead and support the front office team by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative, accountable workplace culture Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to maintain efficient workflows and proactively resolve operational issues Manage insurance, billing, claims, and accounts receivable processes while helping support the financial health of the practice Serve as a key point of contact for patients by assisting with treatment coordination, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of service Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance across office operations Oversee office inventory and supplies to ensure the practice is consistently prepared and running efficiently What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar dental leadership role Strong knowledge of dental office operations, insurance processes, and dental terminology Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organize, and support a team Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Commitment to professionalism, patient confidentiality, and exceptional service If you're someone who enjoys creating a welcoming patient experience, supporting a collaborative team, and looking for an opportunity to expand your dental experience within a growing dental practice, we'd love to hear from you!
