Stellar Healthcare Partners is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy medical practice in Brick, NJ. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the medical practice Manage front desk staff, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure efficient office operations Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare office policies Coordinate with clinical staff and physicians to support patient care delivery Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance management Monitor and report on key practice metrics, budgets, and financial performance
Requirements:
2+ years of office management experience in a medical or healthcare setting Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
