This position is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in optical sales, customer service, and team management. Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical department.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.
  • Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear recommendations.
  • Drive optical sales while maintaining a patient-first approach.
  • Manage inventory and frame displays.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with office policies and industry standards. Qualifications
  • 2 years of optical management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven success in optical or retail sales.
  • Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, lens enhancements, and vision insurance plans preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and optical management software is a plus.
