This position is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in optical sales, customer service, and team management. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical department.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.
- Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear recommendations.
- Drive optical sales while maintaining a patient-first approach.
- Manage inventory and frame displays.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with office policies and industry standards. Qualifications
- 2 years of optical management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven success in optical or retail sales.
- Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, lens enhancements, and vision insurance plans preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and optical management software is a plus.
