Practice Manager Capernum Physical Therapy Englewood, NJ Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Management Medical office management Attention to detail Full Job Description Capernum Physical Therapy | Englewood, NJ Full-Time | On-Site Capernum Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Practice Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing outpatient physical therapy practice. This is more than a traditional front-desk role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, follows through, and keeps the practice running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage daily front-office and clinic operations Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and backfill appointments Manage incoming calls, emails, faxes, and referrals Contact referred patients promptly and coordinate with physician offices Verify insurance benefits and track prior authorizations Collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and cash-pay balances Coordinate with our outside billing company on claims, denials, and collections Track cancellations, no-shows, referral volume, and patient visits Maintain office supplies, vendors, and clinic organization Maintain
HIPAA/OSHA
compliance and required documentation Help implement and manage new services, including Dry Needling, Shockwave Therapy, and Massage Therapy Qualifications Medical office, healthcare administration, or practice-management experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with insurance companies and medical offices Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and professional Able to multitask and work independently in a busy environment We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the practice and grow with our team . Full-Time | On-Site | Englewood, NJ Performance bonus opportunity available.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
