The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, managing staff, and providing exceptional patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of dental office systems, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. Duties (including but not limited to): Manage daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment and work culture. Manage Accounts Receivables and collect short payments from patients Ensure patient accounts are cleared out Oversee strategic scheduling, patient records management, and billing processes. Host effective morning huddles that align with office productivity. Report to Clinical Director and Regional Manager on office updates. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies. Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to enhance patient experience. Collaborate with dental professionals to optimize patient care and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in office management within a dental or healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial management within a healthcare context. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities.
