Dental Office Manager

Description We're partnering with a well-established dental practice in Hudson County to hire an experienced Dental Office Manager. This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations while working closely with the doctor(s) to drive team performance, patient satisfaction, and the overall financial health of the practice.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead and develop a high-performing front office and administrative team + Oversee scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and collections + Track office performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement + Partner with the doctor(s) to enhance workflows and operational efficiency + Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development + Act as the main point of contact for patients, staff, and providers Requirements + 2+ years of office management experience and strong understanding of dental/healthcare operations, insurance, and collections +

• Proven experience in office management, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting. +
• Strong knowledge of administrative operations and best practices. +
• Familiarity with dental billing, insurance processes, and financial management. +
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively. +
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools commonly used in dental practices. +
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges promptly. +
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals. +
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
