This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, fostering a productive workplace, and managing a variety of operational tasks. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, clerical support, and front desk management Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote engagement and collaboration Manage scheduling for staff calendars, appointments, and conference rooms to optimize productivity Supervise office staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, overseeing supplies procurement, and maintaining positive vendor relationships Oversee bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software, and ensure accurate financial records Maintain organized filing systems, manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, and ensure smooth communication flow Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial management Excellent event planning skills for organizing meetings, corporate events, and office celebrations Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to liaise with staff, vendors, and clients confidently Experience managing schedules using calendar management tools to coordinate multiple priorities seamlessly Knowledge of human resources functions including onboarding, training & development programs Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not required Ability to handle vendor negotiations and manage office supplies efficiently Experience with filing systems, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and general clerical duties Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative efforts with enthusiasm!
