Senior Director, Physician Services Career Land Center, LLC Las Cruces, NM Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Relocation assistance Qualifications Bachelor's degree Senior leadership Full Job Description A medical center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a Senior Director, Physician Services to lead and oversee physician practice operations at the senior level. This is a primarily on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at a designated location, with up to 20% travel within the service area. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The Senior Director, Physician Services will manage and direct physician practices across the organization, providing strategic oversight of all practice operations. The role involves occasional travel to outreach locations, generally within a 50-mile radius of the primary facility. Partial relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not currently reside in the Las Cruces area. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct physician practice operations across the organization Provide strategic oversight and long-term planning for all practice functions Manage day-to-day operational performance of physician practices Travel periodically to outreach locations within the service area as needed Collaborate with organizational leadership to align practice operations with broader goals Drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and performance optimization Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and administrative functions across practices Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a program in Health Care Management or Business Administration required Minimum of ten years of experience managing physician practices required Must reside in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area or be willing to relocate within 45 days required Ability to travel infrequently within the service area to outreach locations, generally less than 50 miles required Ability to relocate in under 30 days preferred Benefits Partial relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates
