Practice Manager

Our practice is looking for a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee operations and elevate the patient journey from first touch to follow-up care. What You'll Own Ensure an elevated level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized care Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures Monitor and actively engage patient feedback according to guidelines Ensure Practice is on track for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment Monitor practice performance metrics and help implement strategies for improvement Ensure practice operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices Assist in the recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of all practice staff Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and high performance Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution effectively Who You Are 2+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries such as retail, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or premium consumer services Strong track record of driving growth and leading teams to ambitious targets Skilled in building culture, coaching leaders, and holding teams accountable Financially fluent with experience managing regional P&Ls and performance metrics Balances systems and relationships with equal strength Exceptional communicator with a decisive, integrity-driven leadership style Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee perks and service discounts Opportunities for advancement into senior leadership roles
