Practice Manager Dr. Mehdi Sina, MD, MBA Las Vegas, NV Job Details Contract $65,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Practice management Google Workspace Administrative experience Office management Marketing Full Job Description Position Overview Dr. Mehdi Sina and Vegas Facial Plastics are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced facial plastic surgery practice. This role is responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently while supporting the overall patient experience, team communication, and practice growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment. The Practice Manager works closely with leadership, front office staff, and the Patient Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless patient experience and strong internal workflow throughout the practice. Responsibilities Practice Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain efficient workflow throughout the practice
  • Develop and maintain office systems, administrative processes, and operational organization
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, office supplies, equipment, and operational needs
  • Assist with scheduling oversight, staff coordination, and office communication
  • Maintain organization of reports, invoices, operational documents, and practice records
  • Support credentialing, licensing, compliance, and administrative documentation as needed
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Assist leadership with practice growth initiatives and operational strategy Team & Patient Experience Support
  • Work closely with the Patient Care Coordinator and front office team to help ensure a smooth and elevated patient experience
  • Support communication and workflow between departments to maintain efficiency and consistency
  • Help oversee patient communication standards and office professionalism
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and high-end patient environment Marketing & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate with outside marketing and consulting vendors as needed
  • Assist with lead tracking, reporting, and administrative follow-up processes
  • Support social media coordination, office initiatives, and patient communication projects Qualifications
  • Previous experience in practice management, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively
  • Experience with EMR systems and scheduling software preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
