Dental Office Manager Garden City Endodontics We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our practice. You'll support our providers and team, ensure efficient office operations, and help create an outstanding patient experience. Garden City Endodontics is a specialty practice committed to exceptional patient care, teamwork, and professionalism. Join a supportive team that values collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
Schedule:
Full Time, M-TH 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-1pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice Supervise and support front office and administrative team members Manage patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and collections Monitor office performance and implement strategies for efficiency and patient satisfaction Develop team schedules and maintain proper staffing levels Train and onboard new team members Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-functioning environment Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice 2+ years of experience in supervising and leading a team Preferred Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient scheduling Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000/annually based on full-time employment.
