Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Cluster Leader to oversee the operational management of a cluster of clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will lead a team of clinic managers and staff, driving business growth, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a cluster of clinics, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Manage clinic budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve business objectives
  • Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and increase productivity
Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinic managers and staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs
Patient Experience:
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and positive patient experiences
  • Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback to drive improvements
Business Growth:
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand services, and enhance market share
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations management and leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions
  • Experience with clinic management software and systems
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
