Our mission is to provide exceptional patient-centered care through a collaborative team of medical providers, physical therapists, chiropractors, and support staff. We are focused on creating an outstanding patient experience while delivering high-quality care for orthopedic conditions, Workers' Compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and rehabilitation. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Practice Manager to help launch and grow our practice. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in building a modern healthcare organization from the ground up. Position Summary The Medical Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice while working closely with ownership and clinical leadership. This individual will help establish office systems, support staff, optimize workflows, oversee billing operations, and ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and employees. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and patient flow. Supervise front desk and administrative staff. Coordinate provider schedules and clinic operations. Manage patient scheduling, registration, and customer service processes. Oversee medical billing, insurance claims, payment posting, and accounts receivable. Monitor Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and commercial insurance billing processes. Assist with provider credentialing and payer enrollment. Help implement and optimize the practice's electronic medical record (EMR) system. Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Recruit, onboard, and train administrative staff. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations. Monitor key performance indicators including collections, accounts receivable, scheduling efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Work collaboratively with ownership to improve operations and support continued practice growth. Qualifications Three or more years of medical practice management or healthcare office leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management. Experience with Workers' Compensation and No-Fault billing is preferred. Experience using electronic medical record systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
