In our Bedford Stuyvesant/East New York, Brownsville, Crown Heights community mental health clinic (article 31), the Home of Integrated Behavioral Health; we provide a wide range of evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment models and services tailored to the needs of families, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. The Department of Specialized Clinical and Psychiatric Services consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and administrators Clinic Manager Will be responsible for overall operations of the clinic Communicate daily with supervisees and provide immediate feedback and support whenever needed. Provide feedback, expertise and approvals on therapists' model adherent clinical interventions, and use data to supervise clinicians. Maintain accountability of team's adherence to the model. Ensure adherence to TF-CBT model principles and associated analytic process. Monitor completion of all required OMH and billing documentation for content and timeliness, for all supervisees Ensure compliance
