Job Description

We are seeking an awesome and reliable team member to join our family-friendly practice on the North Shore of Long Island. If you are looking for a challenge and opportunity for growth, this opportunity is for you. Dental Office Management experience required , and knowledge of Dentrix a must.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE.
We are a busy, insurance-based practice with multiple General Dentists, Specialists and Hygienists. You must be computer proficient and have outstanding verbal skills. Duties include making appointments, scheduling efficiently, confirming appointments, checking eligibility, checking Pre-D's, and collecting copays. You must be able to manage multiple front desk teammates and ensure the office is running efficiently. No billing required. Positive attitude and an ability to work well with others!

Monday - Thursday with alternating Fridays and Saturdays Typical end time: 6-7 PM Typical start time: 9-10
