We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Regional Office Manager to oversee operations and support multiple offices throughout the Syracuse/Binghamton region. This leadership position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and patient satisfaction. A Regional Office Manager's responsibilities include: Providing leadership, guidance, and support to Office Managers and team members across multiple dental offices Driving a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture throughout the region Monitoring office performance metrics and implementing strategies to achieve operational and financial goals Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of office leadership teams Ensuring consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and best practices Partnering with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient experiences and office efficiency Analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans Assisting with budgeting, revenue cycle management, insurance processes, collections, and financial reporting Addressing patient concerns and helping offices resolve complex service issues promptly and professionally Conducting regular office visits, performance reviews, and leadership meetings Supporting growth initiatives, special projects, and regional business objectives Why join us? Requirements:
Dental office management experience preferred Multi-site management experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Experience managing operational and financial performance metrics Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, collections, and patient scheduling processes Ability to travel regularly between offices throughout the region Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset Full-time availability
Salary:
$55,000 - $100,000 per year , based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
