We are a small practice , so this is a hands-on management position. The Office Manager will lead and manage the administrative side of the practice while also assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities as needed. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable thinking like a manager and jumping in to get things done. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-office operations and workflows Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules to support productivity and minimize openings Present treatment plans and coordinate patient financial arrangements Oversee insurance, billing, collections, and aging accounts Follow up on unscheduled treatment, recall, and patient reactivation Implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and practice growth Handle phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and other reception duties as needed Work closely with the doctor and team to help advance the practice to its next stage of growth Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office management or strong senior dental front-office experience Strong knowledge of dental procedures, PPO insurance, billing, and collections Experience with treatment presentation and scheduling Organized, proactive, accountable, and able to work independently Strong communication and patient-service skills Willingness to be hands-on and help wherever needed in a small-team environment Schedule & Benefits Full-time hours over 4 days per week. No weekends.
