Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our friendly, family centered general dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive dental office experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As the driving force behind our practice's efficiency and success, you will coordinate clinical and administrative functions to foster a positive, productive workplace. Responsibilities Supervise daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, treatment planning, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice functioning. Manage financial aspects such as billing, insurance claims processing, and fiscal management to optimize revenue. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information. Utilize dental practice management software (Open Dental) to schedule appointments, update patient records, and generate reports. Facilitate effective communication between team members while fostering a positive work environment rooted in teamwork and professionalism. Skills Proven experience in dental office management with strong supervisory skills. Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management. Proficiency in dental practice software Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising staff in dental setting
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
