Our practice is owned privately by Dr Andrea Myers and this position reports up to the Vice President and the Owner. Eaglesoft and Nexhealth experience is helpful but not required. This position is responsible for overseeing staff, approving payroll, recruiting/interviewing and hiring new staff, coaching and training existing staff, approving time off and maintaining the office schedule and following and enforcing office policies. This position is assigned to the front desk as back up and assistance to front desk staff. A minimum of 2 years of practice management experience is required. A bachelors degree or equivalent advanced education is preferred. We offer full benefits and salary will be relative to experience.
