Job Description
Job Summary We are a private, single-owner dental practice seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as our permanent, full-time Office Manager working 32 hours per week. This position features an excellent schedule covering Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, leaving Wednesdays and weekends completely off. This role is a direct replacement for our long-term manager who is retiring at the end of January, allowing for a thorough, well-paced transition and onboarding period alongside our existing front-desk team. In this role, you will lead our administrative operations by ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out, optimizing multi-provider schedules, managing collections and insurance aging reports, and fostering a positive, efficient office culture. Direct, hands-on experience working the front desk in a dental office is strictly mandatory for this position, and candidates without a specific dental front-desk background will not be considered.
