Greenhill Humane Society is looking for a people-centered Canine Program Manager to lead our canine team and oversee the care, welfare, behavior, housing, enrichment, and placement of dogs in our shelter. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, make sound animal welfare decisions, manage competing priorities, and keep a busy canine program moving forward. You'll work closely with Veterinary, Foster, Volunteer, Outreach, and Customer Service teams while helping shape policies, systems, and pathways that improve outcomes for dogs and the people who care about them. We're looking for: Strong team leadership and coaching skills Professional canine-care experience and knowledge of behavior and welfare Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills A collaborative, compassionate approach to challenging situations Shelter experience preferred; transferable animal-care and leadership experience welcome Full-time; weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings may be required. Salary:

$52,000-$56,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
