Oasis Dental Team is proud to be a part of Dudhat Dental Group, the Official Dentist of the Philadelphia Eagles, now in our 5th season partnering with one of the most respected and recognized organizations in sports. We are a private practice apart of a private dental group that strives to provide the best quality care for our patients and environment for our team. As we are growing, we are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Professional/ Office Manager to grow with us. Responsibilities Deliver warm, professional and confident patient communication in person, by phone and digitally. Must be able to maintain professionalism when caring for high profile patients Serve as the true team player, collaborating seamlessly with doctors, clinical staff and leadership. Manage credentialing processes and maintain accuracy and compliance. File and follow up on insurance claims efficiently and accurately. Present and explain treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Maintain scheduling efficiency and optimize patient flow Perform general administrative support including photocopying, faxing, proofreading documents, and updating databases Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort with practice management systems. Support daily office operations and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical responsibilities Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Prior experience working as a front desk or receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus Familiarity with SoftDent, Open Dental, etc. all a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail High School Diploma and/or College Degree Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets warmth!
