Job Description

Family Chiropractic | Cranberry Township, PA Lead. Build. Protect the Standard. Scale the Vision. We are not hiring an "office manager." We are searching for a high-capacity leader to help build one of the most extraordinary family wellness practices in Pennsylvania. Family Chiropractic is a fast-growing, mission-driven corrective care practice committed to changing lives through extraordinary service, elite patient experiences, and unwavering standards.

YOUR MISSION
To lead, manage, and hold accountable every operational and team-driven aspect of the practice so our doctors can focus on patient care while the business scales with excellence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Culture:
Lead team meetings and daily accountability Protect and reinforce Family Chiropractic Core Values Uphold a positive, high-energy, patient-first environment Recruit, onboard, and develop team members Address underperformance quickly and effectively
Operations:
Oversee scheduling efficiency and patient flow Ensure extraordinary patient experiences Manage office systems, logistics, and execution Optimize retention, conversion, and team productivity Build and improve scalable systems
Growth:
Support internal marketing campaigns Manage and Direct our Marketing Calendar Coordinate events, workshops, and outreach systems Track KPIs and growth metrics Help scale toward 600 visits/week
IDEAL BACKGROUND
Preferred experience in: Operations Manager Practice Manager Director of Operations Hospitality Leadership Luxury Client Experience High-performance retail or healthcare leadership Military leadership Chiropractic, dental, or medical office scaling
REQUIRED TRAITS

COMPENSATION
Competitive Base Salary +
Performance Bonuses Expected Range:
$60,000-$85,000+ based on experience and proven leadership capacity Bonus opportunities tied to: Practice growth Team performance Patient retention Operational excellence The ideal person will be earning $85,000+ by the end of their first year with a clear path of what it would look like and what it will take to earn $150,000/year
