Responsibilities Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to optimize efficiency. Supervise healthcare staff, including medical administrative support and other clinical team members, ensuring high standards of patient care and team collaboration. Oversee medical billing processes, coding accuracy, and revenue cycle management utilizing EMR/EHR systems. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health regulation policies through regular audits and staff training. Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, fiscal management, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable practice operations. Implement and monitor patient management software and electronic health record systems to ensure accurate medical records and efficient data retrieval. Skills Prior experience in medical office management with strong knowledge of healthcare practice management principles. Previous experience overseeing healthcare teams within clinical or hospital settings. Strong understanding of medical billing, coding procedures, and revenue cycle management. Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards. Excellent managerial communication skills paired with customer service expertise to support staff development and patient satisfaction. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality clinical operations; familiarity with financial management tools is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare administrative support functions.
