Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Office Service Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role supports a professional legal services environment and leads onsite office services operations at a flagship location within a multi-site account. The Office Service Manager will supervise a small team, ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain SLA compliance, and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders. - Lead daily office services operations and supervise a 3-person team, including coaching, performance management, onboarding, and staff development.
- Oversee high-volume workflows such as digital mail, scanning, print production, records management, hospitality, and related workplace services.
- Monitor service levels, quality standards, workflow performance, and SLA compliance to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary onsite client contact, manage escalations, gather feedback, and support operational reviews.
- Prepare monthly metrics, business reviews, performance reports, and assist with billing, pricing, and invoicing issue resolution.
- Provide remote operational support to secondary locations and serve as backup to senior operations leadership as needed. Compensation and Benefits

$32.00 per hour.Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire.Schedule:
Full-time, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with flexibility and extended hours as needed.
