Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless patient experiences, and coordinate treatment plans with a focus on exceptional care delivery. Responsibilities Manage scheduling and patient communication Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and insurance benefits clearly and confidently Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and electronic health records (EHR), adhering to privacy laws and medical terminology standards Monitor clinic performance metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction levels Facilitate communication between patients, dental providers, insurance companies, and external healthcare entities to streamline care delivery Skills Proven experience in dental office setting Knowledge of medical office systems including Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, managed care processes, and revenue cycle optimization Familiarity with dental terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and health regulation policies Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options and insurance details to patients effectively Join us as we deliver outstanding dental care while fostering an empowering environment for our team.
