A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a private duty, home care, or health-related business setting.
Management History:
At least 1 year of experience serving in an administrative, supervisory, or managerial role within a home care or healthcare office environment (satisfying COMAR general health-related field requirements).

Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, a high level of self-directed motivation, structural organization, and basic familiarity with healthcare/home care regulatory environments
