Elevate Health is a health company dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality health & wellness solutions. We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Patient Liaison/ Administrative Coordinator to support our operations with a mix of in-person and remote work.

Daytime hours, Monday through
Friday Commitment:
25-40 hours per week
Location:
Winter Park Compensation:
$25-30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support through efficient email and phone communication with patients. Be able to communicate with incoming leads through social media, email and phone. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized patient records. Assist in writing and typing various documents as needed. Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and other tasks requiring attention to detail. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
A college degree is preferred but not required. Proficiency in writing, typing, and data entry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills via phone, social media and email. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment. Have an interest and understanding of health and wellness.
