We pride ourselves on offering transparent, all-inclusive, package-based pricing for surgical procedures. We are seeking a remote Veterinary Care Coordinator to provide essential support to our doctors and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure clients receive timely, compassionate communication while helping coordinate care seamlessly between doctors, clients, and referring veterinarians. This role plays a vital part in maintaining continuity of care and supporting clients during critical stages of their pet's treatment. Your medical knowledge, organizational skills, and communication abilities will directly impact both the client experience and patient wellbeing. Responsibilities Maintain accurate client and patient records Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments Review treatment plans and estimates with clients to help them better understand procedures and associated costs Communicate with referring veterinary clinics and obtain necessary medical records Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, confirm appointments, and follow up with clients as needed Support doctors and clients with timely, professional communication Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to work accurately in a detail-oriented and time-sensitive environment Professional and compassionate telephone manner Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Strong follow-through and ability to complete assignments independently Ability to adapt to evolving processes and identify opportunities for improvement Willingness to learn and grow with provided training Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Education High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Required) Veterinary industry experience required Veterinary surgical or specialty experience preferred Schedule Sunday / Monday / Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM 30-minute lunch break
