Perfect candidate will have general knowledge of esthetic industry, services, and products. Its a fast paced job and requires multitasking. Must enjoy working with patients and sales. We have a fun team environment. We look for candidates that can tolerate stressful moments without falling apart. Summary As a Medical Aesthetic Patient Liaison, you will be essential in facilitating patient care and ensuring smooth operations within the medical office. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical administrative support and office experience to manage patient appointments and maintain records. Your premium knowledge of aesthetic medical terminology and experience in a medical office will enhance communication with both patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications Medical administrative support experience Proficient in medical terminology Previous medical office experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage patient records and appointments efficiently Responsibilities Provide medical administrative support by managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients. Assist in the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring a smooth workflow. Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
