We are seeking a full-time Office Manager who is an organized, proactive leader with a passion for people, problem-solving, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing team leadership, client service, and business operations in a fast-paced veterinary environment. About Us Meadowlawn Animal Services is a respected veterinary group dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences. Our hospitals are built on teamwork, accountability, and a shared commitment to the well-being of our patients, clients, and staff. What You'll Do As our Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring our hospital operates efficiently while fostering a positive and productive team culture. Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and support hospital team members Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees Address staff concerns and facilitate conflict resolution Promote accountability, engagement, and professional development Create and maintain employee schedules Operations Management Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow Manage the appointment calendar to optimize efficiency and client access Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies Complete daily deposits and other administrative duties Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions Client Service & Communication Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint Address client concerns promptly and professionally Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism Support the team in maintaining strong client relationships Compliance & Administration Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures Ensure hospital records and processes meet company standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service background Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software Preferred Qualifications Veterinary, medical, or healthcare management experience Experience with inventory management and financial reconciliation Human resources or employee relations experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience 4-day work week Paid Time Off beginning after 6 months of employment IRA with 3% employer match Dental and Vision insurance Pet care discounts Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patients and people A collaborative workplace culture focused on growth and excellence Who You Are A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed A problem-solver who remains calm under pressure Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Passionate about delivering outstanding client service Able to balance people management with operational responsibilities Looking for a long-term career with a growing veterinary organization If you're ready to lead a dedicated team and help shape the future of our hospitals, we'd love to hear from you.
