Job Description

8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinics.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for oversight of seven or more providers and nineteen or more team members or more than one clinic and department. 2. Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics. 3. Plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure goals and objectives are met. 4. Interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients. 5. Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors. 6. Performs to Self-Standards. 7. Assists with hiring and mentoring of team members. 8. Works with other departments and vendors as needed.

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Skills:
Bachelor of Science Minimum of 2-4 years physician practice management experience
