We are growing across South Carolina, and we are looking for a Practice Manager to lead our Lexington practice. This is not a back-office role. The person in this seat is the operational and cultural heart of the practice, the one who shapes how patients are treated, how the team operates, and how The Bela Way shows up in every decision. What you will own The team. You lead, coach, and develop a clinical and non-clinical team. You hire well, hold people accountable with grace, and develop your team members into bigger seats over time. The patient experience. You set the standard, protect it daily, and respond when something goes sideways. A make-it-right reflex is non-negotiable. The daily operations . Collaborate closely with the physician to lead the practice, build strong team and patient relationships, and ensure operational excellence. The practice as a business. You own daily operations, the monthly budget, performance reporting, scheduling, continuing care, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, and the dozens of small operational decisions that keep a practice running well. Who we are looking for 5+ years in a dental practice with 2+ years of management experience, or equivalent healthcare leadership experience. Dentrix and Microsoft Office familiarity a plus. Someone who has held people accountable with grace, made tough calls with integrity, and grown other people into bigger seats.
