Dental Office Manager (Director of Operations) Spartanburg, SC Full-Time | $80,000-$120,000 Total Compensation (Base + Bonus) We are a large, highly respected and growing multi-specialty dental practice in Spartanburg, SC seeking an experienced, high-level Dental Office Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and support continued expansion.

We are looking for a metrics-driven leader who can: Drive production, collections, and profitability Optimize multi-provider scheduling for maximum efficiency Strengthen insurance, billing, and revenue cycle systems Improve case acceptance and financial performance Build systems that scale with growth Lead and develop a high-performing administrative team Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, multi-specialty practice Monitor and improve KPIs (production, collections, AR, profitability) Implement systems that increase efficiency and consistency Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance Team Leadership & HR Lead hiring, onboarding, and team development Build accountability systems and performance standards Coach team members and address underperformance when needed Maintain a strong, professional, team-oriented culture Financial & Strategic Oversight Oversee revenue cycle, insurance, and billing systems Strengthen treatment presentation and case acceptance Analyze financial reports and adjust strategy accordingly Partner with ownership on growth and operational strategy Qualifications 2+ years dental office management experience (required) Experience in a high-volume, multi-provider practice Strong PPO insurance, billing, and AR knowledge Proven ability to use KPIs to drive measurable results Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar systems Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability
Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation:
