Lead our team! Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare and a knack for team management? We're seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to join our busy, 2 physician podiatry practice and lead our team to new heights of excellence and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead with
Vision:
Inspire and guide our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow, to ensure smooth and efficient practice management.
Financial Stewardship:
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support practice growth and sustainability.
Quality Improvement:
Implement and monitor processes to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and maintain high standards of practice.
Team Development:
Foster a team mentality and development within the team through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Patient-Centric Approach:
Ensure exceptional patient experiences by addressing concerns, enhancing service delivery, and upholding the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in medical office management. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in electronic health records. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices. Prefer bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field.
