Why You'll Love Bee Cave Family Dentistry Our career opportunities come with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary Employee discount Paid holidays and time off And more Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead daily morning huddles Analyze and compile reports Audit and correct patient accounts prior to deadlines Complete end-of-day processes Drive financial performance and revenue growth goals Foster a positive, healthy work environment aligned with our culture and mission Adjust scheduling based on patient flow and provider availability Monitor operating performance and implement corrective actions as needed Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate charting and coding per ADA guidelines Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members Promote a "team first" and "patient first" mindset Continuously expand knowledge and professional skills Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations Train and mentor team members Review and adjust treatment plans based on insurance coverage and limitations Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Fluent in English (verbal and written) Knowledge of dental terminology Basic computer proficiency Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solution-oriented mindset High attention to detail Education and Experience 3+ years of dental experience required 3+ years of management experience required 3+ years of treatment coordinating experience required Proven ability to manage and optimize patient/provider scheduling Experience with OpenDental, and Modento preferred CPR and/or BLS certification preferred
Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
