The Practice Manager is responsible for creating a positive teamwork environment in which veterinarians and staff deliver quality medicine and exceptional client service. Partnering closely with the Managing Veterinarian (MDVM), you will ensure a profitable operation by growing revenue and managing costs while building a culture centered on high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service. Belton Small Animal Clinic is conducting a highly selective search for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager who can step in immediately and provide structure, clarity, and leadership. Given current hospital needs, this role requires a leader who is highly experienced in veterinary hospital operations, extremely organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable holding teams accountable, and confident enough to provide stability and direction from day one.
