Job Description

SUMMARY The Clinic Director for Castroville provides leadership and operational oversight for a clinic with multiple service stands. The Director ensures efficient workflows, quality patient care, and effective resource management across all service areas. This role emphasizes cross-stand coordination, flexible staffing, and the implementation of initiatives that support clinic growth and patient satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leadership & Staffing Recruit, train, schedule, and coach teams spanning multiple stands; manage performance and recognition. Implement flexible staffing models and cross‑training to meet variable demand across service lines. Multi‑Stand Operations Standardize core workflows (check‑in, rooming, documentation, discharge) and ensure stand‑to‑stand consistency. Coordinate equipment readiness, supply levels, and exam room standards across all stands. Optimize provider templates and stand scheduling; manage inter‑stand patient flow and overflow protocols. Access, Quality & Experience Monitor access metrics (fill rate, no‑shows, cycle time) and patient experience, lead improvement projects. Ensure compliance with policies, infection prevention, and regulatory standards across all stands. Finance & Resources Administer budgets; identify cost savings via supply management and process efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field preferred. MA or higher is required
Experience:
3 years progressive leadership in outpatient/clinic operations Experience with staffing models, cross‑training programs, and EHR workflows preferred
