Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Lead the Front Office of One of Conroe's Most Established Practices Conroe Comprehensive Dental Center has been serving Montgomery County families for over 30 years. Led by Dr. Timothy Gardner, one of only 420 dentists nationwide to earn his Fellowship from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute. This is a multi-doctor, full-scope practice known for clinical excellence, patient-first values, and deep community roots. We're growing and looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who can lead people, master the technical side of dental front office operations, and help train and elevate the team around them. What You'll Own Day-to-day front office operations and team leadership PPO insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and EOB posting Treatment plan generation and patient financial discussions Insurance claims submission, pre-determinations, and follow-up on pending claims Insurance narratives for denials and X-ray submissions to carriers Posting patient and insurance payments, managing A/R Scheduling, confirmation calls, and recall list management Specialty referrals and patient record management Payroll processing, mail/billing statements, and inventory management EOD and EOM reporting Mentoring and cross-training front office team members What We're Looking For Dental office management or senior front office experience is required Strong technical knowledge of dental billing, insurance workflows, and ADA codes Confident presenting treatment plans and navigating patient financial conversations A natural leader who can coach and support a team while staying hands-on Highly organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Professional communicator with strong attention to detail Experience with dental practice management software preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Production bonus Medical Insurance Dental and vision plan 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life and disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Employee discount Monday-Friday schedule A tenured, community-trusted practice where leadership is valued Ready to lead at one of Montgomery County's most respected dental practices?
