Applicant should have strong communication skills and sufficient dental knowledge and experience to be able to present treatment plans clearly to patients. Experience in verifying insurance is a must. Medicaid, CHIP, PPO experience is a plus. Someone who has experience in back and front office is also a plus. Also, bilingual - English and Spanish, is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering multi line phone in professional manner. Communicating clearly to patients and staff. Greeting patients Verifying and filing insurance. Collecting treatment fees. Entering and presenting treatment plans to patients. Managing and motivating staff. Operate the day to day flow of the office smoothly. Patient scheduling. Account auditing. Handle collections and accounts receivable.Requirements:
At least 3 years experience as dental office manager Front office experience Experience and knowledge with Dentrix Candidate must be reliable and honest Must be able to build a team and maintain positive energy in the practice Must be detail oriented Must be very organized Must be able to multitask Must be customer service oriented Must be self-motivated and a motivator to other staff Must be able to manage and lead staff Must have good positive energy Must be a team player Must have excellent communication skills Must present in a professional manner Must have a positive attitude Must be able to work some Saturdays.
