  • High Volume Office We are seeking an experienced dental leader to take ownership of the day-to-day success of a busy, high-volume dental office in the Dallas area.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands that strong patient care, a high-performing team, and consistent business results all go hand in hand. The right person is confident leading both front and back office teams, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by measurable results. You should be able to coach a team, identify problems, improve workflow, and hold yourself and others accountable while maintaining a five-star patient experience. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish required Must be available Monday through Saturday 3+ years of dental leadership or dental office management experience preferred Experience working in a busy, high-volume dental office Strong leadership and team development skills Comfortable working with KPIs, production, collections, scheduling, and case acceptance Experience with both front office and back office operations strongly preferred Open Dental experience preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and office workflow Reliable, organized, adaptable, and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Patient-first mindset with a commitment to providing a five-star experience Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable What You'll Do Lead the daily operations and overall performance of the dental office Coach and develop front and back office team members Monitor office KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Help drive production, collections, scheduling, and treatment acceptance Maintain efficient patient flow and strong team communication Address operational challenges and implement practical solutions Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members Work closely with doctors and leadership to achieve office goals Maintain high standards for patient service, professionalism, and teamwork Help create a positive, accountable, and high-performing office culture Ensure the office consistently delivers a five-star patient experience from check-in through check-out Schedule This is a full-time position with Monday through Saturday availability required. Our offices operate in a high-volume environment, so flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are important.
