Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Medical Office Assistant Manager to lead and support the daily operations of our healthcare practice. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functioning, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, comprehensive medical office management skills, and a passion for fostering an efficient, patient-centered environment. The Part-Time Medical Office Assistant Manager is a key member of our clinic leadership support team, tasked with assisting our Practice Manager and associated leadership through administrative actions related to workforce, scheduling, operational resources, EMR, communications support, and general staff reinforcement. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and administrative workflows using EMR/EHR systems Assisting with tasks such as phone management, appointment scheduling, and payment collection Train and monitor the performance of medical assistants and staff Assist in developing and maintaining processes that enhance the efficiency of patient handling Work in unison with our Practice Manager to ensure cohesiveness in protocols, procedures, and productivity Perform other duties and activities as delegated by the Practice Manager Oversee the daily schedule to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations Performs administrative tasks including communications, invoicing, reports, payment processing, etc Performs office management tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies Assists with new hire onboarding and coordinating training Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical setting Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a healthcare environment Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems Prior experience working in medical clinics that provide functional medicine, hormone therapy, and health coaching to patients This role is perfect for proactive leaders eager to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant healthcare setting. Up to $46,000.00 per year
