Our team thrives in providing quality patient care and speedy recovery in the personal injury industry. We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager and a leader who has proven leadership, organization and decision-making experience to maintain and grow the medical practice. The Ideal candidate must have Pain Management Medical office and Physical Therapy Medical office experience. Job Duties Oversee clinic operations and staff duties Works with leadership to identify opportunities and problems and initiates plans for decision-making and problem solving in the organization, and specifically with regards to the practices in a positive manner Establish and implement effective workplace procedures Liaising with Upper Management, Operations management, healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans. Keep medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic. Develop procedures to deliver optimal patient care. Manage the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory. Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. Work with HR department for the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members. Manage internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic. Assist with business planning and the improvement of administrative processes. Monitor health and patient care practices for compliance in health regulations. Create and implement healthcare service delivery improvement plans. Document processes and maintaining records. Keeping informed of trends in practice administration and healthcare regulations. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality and protect the Practice by abiding by laws and principles related to confidentiality; keeps information concerning Practice Operations, patients and employees confidential Must adhere, follow, and apply all the Federal and State Laws including Texas Medical and Nursing Board curriculum Must have Skills Highly organized, proactive, attentive to details and goal oriented Ability to identify problems, think logically - or creatively, and devise practical solutions Ability to prioritize and carry out work assignments independently and efficiently Excellent writing and oral presentation skills Working knowledge of EMR, patient scheduling and follow ups Desire to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to improve patient's health and wellness Strong interpersonal skills and effective telephone skills Must have Pain Management, Physical Therapy Practice Management experience.
