Role:
As a Business Office Manager (BOM) at Harmony Care at Floresville, you will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day operations of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Supervising and coordinating the activities of the business office staff to ensure efficient and effective operations Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports Analyzing financial data and making recommendations to optimize business operations and improve financial performance Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a related field (healthcare or business administration) LTC BOM experience Required High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications How to
