Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, medical administrative support, and budgeting within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall functioning of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care
  • Supervise administrative staff, including nurses and office personnel
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
  • Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO and other relevant guidelines
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient scheduling and care delivery Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a dental or medical office setting
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar practice management software
  • Strong knowledge of medical office systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
