Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, medical administrative support, and budgeting within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities- Manage the overall functioning of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care
- Supervise administrative staff, including nurses and office personnel
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
- Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO and other relevant guidelines
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient scheduling and care delivery Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a dental or medical office setting
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar practice management software
- Strong knowledge of medical office systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
