Job Description

Overview We are looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our team! As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead the office in day-to-day operations in support of the doctors and office staff to help develop the practice while providing an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Resonsibilities Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and education of treatment options, verification of insurance, collection of payment Regular review of business results, profit and loss management, creation of strategies and plans to improve business performance Work in collaboration with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated regularly Lead strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions Benefits for FT Employees Healthcare Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid time Off 401(k) Employee Assistance Program Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience Proven leadership abilities, relationship building skills and team motivation Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills Western Dental Services, Inc. and all relevant affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
